Signed-in saves now create checkpoints automatically, and Save version keeps an exact one. Restoring a version saves the current text first.

- Choose Save version when you want an exact checkpoint you can return to.
- Compare any entry with the current note, word by word, before you restore it.
- Restoring saves the current note first, so the text you replace can be recovered.
- History stays with the note when you rename it and is available on your other signed-in devices.
