Apps
Apioni runs in your browser. Sign in on a laptop, a borrowed machine, or a phone and you get the same notes, the same search, and the same chat history — nothing to install, nothing to keep in step.
Desktop
Local Markdown editing is included. You can keep writing files in a folder on your computer without signing in or subscribing.
What the desktop app is: the same Apioni, writing straight into a folder of Markdown files on your computer. Those files are the original — open them in any editor, back them up, keep them if you ever leave. Sign in and your notes sync with your account, and AI processing, Chat and search run in the web and Android apps; stay signed out and it is a fast local editor that only checks for updates.
Windows shows a “Windows protected your PC” screen the first time you run Apioni — we do not buy a publisher certificate yet. Choose More info → Run anyway. You can check the file you downloaded against our published checksums first. The macOS builds are signed and notarized by Apple.
Mobile
What the phone app is: your account in your pocket. Sign in and the same notes, connections and history are there — capture a thought in a few seconds, ask a question and get an answer that links to the notes it used, and let AI processing finish while the phone is back in your pocket. Two things stay on the desktop: notes kept as .md files in a folder you choose, and the PDF viewer.
What you get in the browser
- Every note in one place, synced to your account. You write in blocks and each note is stored as plain Markdown, so you can export it whenever you want.
- Search that reads meaning as well as words — full text and semantic matching answer the same query together.
- AI processing at three strengths, from a typo pass to a full restructure, with your original kept every time.
- Chat that answers from your own notes and links each answer to the notes it used.
