You can preview and apply coordinated changes across a note or your whole workspace with Organize.
Pick the current note or the whole workspace. Organize proposes grouped changes with their sources, and you apply the groups you want and can undo each one.

How it works
- Choose Current note or Whole workspace at the top of Organize and prepare a quote. The credits it may use are shown before analysis starts, and anything unused is returned.
- Each plan is split into ordered groups showing the sources, the before and proposed text, and any note or folder moves.
- Apply the groups you select. A group that another depends on is selected with it, and each applied group can be undone.
- Notes set to Exclude from AI, Keep wording, Keep location or Lock automated changes stay protected.
Background organization
Background organization starts Off and runs only in the projects or folders you select. Suggestions prepares plans for you to review. With Automatic, eligible changes apply on their own only in a scope you have confirmed, and anything else waits for your review.
Each run reserves up to 152 credits when it starts, so the monthly credit cap for Suggestions or Automatic must be at least 152 credits. If a run cannot start, Organize says whether the monthly credit cap or your credit balance stopped it.
