Find the decision and the reason behind it
Someone asks why you went with the other option. You remember making the call. You do not remember which note it is in, or what you knew at the time.
- Ask the question the way you would ask a colleague.
- Read the answer with the notes it was built from listed underneath.
- Open the source note; if AI cleaned it, compare the saved original with the current text.
- Check the timeline when you remember roughly when, but not where.

- How do I know the answer is not made up?
- Every answer lists the notes it was built from. If your notes do not support one, it says so instead of guessing.
- Can I see what a note said at the time?
- Yes. When AI cleans the note, it saves the original and shows it as a diff against the AI result.
- What if the decision was never written down?
- Then it will tell you it found nothing, and show what it searched. It will not fill the gap for you.
