What each plan can run
Writing, search and export are the same on every plan and never use credits. Plans differ in how many notes sync, how much AI processing you get, which processing modes you can pick, and API access.

Can I connect Claude.ai or ChatGPT?
Yes, on every plan, through MCP. Free is read-only: connected apps can search and read your notes. Plus and Pro also let them create and update notes. Approve each app once in Apioni and disconnect it any time in Settings → API & MCP.
What is an AI credit?
One unit of AI processing. Rewriting a note, reading it into ideas and objects, and answering a question from your notes each spend credits. Writing, searching, syncing and exporting never do. A typical clean-up uses about 4 credits; longer notes use more.
What happens when I run out?
Your notes keep working. You can still write, search, sync and read everything. Only new AI processing pauses until the next month, and nothing you already have is taken away.
Is Free a trial?
No. Free is a permanent plan with about 50 AI clean-upsevery month and no card required. The plan does not expire.
What do Plus and Pro add?
Plus includes about 200 AI clean-ups each month and adds Polish. Pro includes about 625 AI clean-ups each month and adds Restructure and the summary modes. Plus and Pro also include API and MCP access to connect your notes to AI apps. Free covers Original and Fix typos.
How do I cancel?
Open Settings → Billing and use Cancel subscription. It takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for, and you keep the plan until then. If you would rather we do it, email contact@apioni.com. Your notes stay yours either way, and stay exportable.
Who owns my notes?
You do. We store them so sync, search and grounded answers work; what is stored and how to have it deleted is written out in the Privacy Policy.
Can I get my notes out?
Yes, at any time and on any plan. Export as Markdown (.md), Word (.docx), PDF, HTML, JSON (blocks), and Obsidian vault (.zip). Export is not metered, so leaving never costs credits.
Which AI model do you use?
We pick the model per task and change it as better ones ship, which is why the unit on the bill is a credit rather than a model name. What stays fixed is the contract: your original is kept, and an answer that cannot cite your notes is not given.
